Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using any TC visual ("the Visual"), or by using the tcviz.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Visual, or use this website.

2. License Grant

TCViz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Visual within Microsoft Power BI, subject to these Terms and any applicable AppSource subscription terms.

• Free tier: Available at no cost. Includes the documented Free feature set.
• Pro tier: Available via Microsoft AppSource subscription. Unlocks all Pro features.

3. Billing, Cancellation and Refunds

Pro tier subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Microsoft AppSource — TCViz does not process payments directly. Cancellation, renewal and refund requests are handled under Microsoft's Commercial Marketplace terms. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us first at support@tcviz.com and we'll help you resolve it through AppSource.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Visual (except where permitted by law).
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Visual to any third party.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or watermarks.
• Use the Visual in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Visual, including all source code, design and documentation, is the intellectual property of TCViz. Publishing source for transparency does not grant rights to create competing commercial products.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Visual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TCViz does not warrant that the Visual will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCViz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Visual.

8. Termination

TCViz may revoke your license if you breach these Terms. Microsoft may also suspend access to the Visual as governed by its Commercial Marketplace terms. Sections 5, 6 and 7 survive termination.

9. Updates and Modifications

TCViz may update the Visual and these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tarragona, Spain.
